CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT
Acting as a cultural steward-by-example, The Institute for Venture Philanthropy at Higginbotham Museum is a viable laboratory, developing models of responsible resource development that can be replicated world-wide, (globalization of the local).
To date, projects that have been realized use prudent technologies that maximize return on natural scenery, adaptive re-use design, ecological and farmland preservation. The EVENTS GUILD (currently in development) will exemplify the maximization of existing resources/facilities as a means of supporting preservation efforts.
